1.3 Permissions Requested

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to scan and display PDF, Word, Excel, PPT and other supported file types stored on your device.
• Storage Access: Allows users to open, organize, rename, or delete documents.
• Notification Permission: Used for progress updates, reminders, or file open confirmations.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide reliable document viewing and file organization tools.
• Analyze performance and improve overall app stability.

We Do NOT:

• Collect or store user credentials, passwords, or sensitive personal identifiers.
• Access or upload your personal files to any server. File processing is done locally on your device.

• On-Device Processing: Document parsing, viewing, and editing actions happen locally, without transmitting file contents externally.
• Encryption & Security: We rely on Android’s secure file access protocols and system-level protections.
• Data Minimization: Only the data required for basic functionality and performance monitoring is collected.

4. File Scanning Disclaimer

To help you quickly locate files, the App may scan your device’s storage directories. However, this scan happens entirely on your device. No scanned content is transmitted or stored outside your phone. The App never reads content beyond file names, sizes, or types unless you open the file explicitly.

5. Ads and Analytics

If ads are enabled in the App, we may use Google AdMob or other ad partners to serve contextual ads. These may use identifiers such as device ID or ad ID to deliver relevant content. You may opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings.

We may also use analytics providers like Firebase to better understand how users interact with the App. These tools collect anonymized usage data to improve app quality.

6. International Data Compliance

• GDPR (EU): We do not collect personal data that can identify EU users unless explicitly provided. You may request data deletion or access by contacting us.
